Q: How do I determine which coach is best for me?

A:  Once you have set an appointment date + you’ve completed your assessment, if you have not identified a specific coach you want to work with, we will match you a with a coach that is best suited to your individual needs.

This ensures the best outcome and experience. All of our coaches specialize in specific areas of service.

Q: What is the cost of coaching and how does it work?

A: We offer hourly coaching at $150 per hour. We also have 30 minute discovery sessions available for $75. We also have customized monthly packages available. Monthly coaching packages start at $500. From time to time, we offer new packages, specialty services, workshops, retreats and group coaching services that are added to our Services page. These prices can be found in the Booking Section of our site.

Your life coach will question you in a way that is deep and thought provoking.

Talking to your coach this way will reveal how you view things, how you are inspired, and what issues might be blocking your progress.

You'll begin to see and think through things with clarity and balance. Powerful questioning will help you and your coach develop the right exercises and action plans to help you achieve your goals.

The process:

Contact us or book a session to schedule a discovery session on our website. During the booking process, you will complete an assessment to help your coach get to know your needs for an effective session.. On the date of your scheduled session, your coach will help you:

-Clarify what you want

-Assess where you are now

-Review your resources and options

-Create an action plan

-Instill motivation and commitment

-Calibrate and keeping you on track

-Celebrate your success along the way

Q: Why will coaching help me to achieve my goals and what is the difference between coaching + therapy?

A: Coaching is about shifting your perspective and taking action. It is designed to bring you to a solution as fast as possible and show you how to implement change for actual results within a specified time frame.

Therapy is intended to help people recover from emotional or other psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety. Coaching, on the other hand, is intended to help normal, healthy individuals achieve personal and/or professional goals.

Your coach will be your biggest supporter. Our coaches focus on guiding you towards your values + goals, not our own agenda. We accomplish this by asking you questions that help you see what you cannot, due to your current perception. As Alan Watts once said, “ I cant see my own eyes, or bite my own teeth.”

We help you give meaning to what you say that goes beyond your usual thinking, opening up a whole new perspective, a new way to look at your world + situations.

Once your new perspective is achieved, your coach helps you turn that new perspective into a plan so you can take action. Action is at the heart of coaching, as coaching is solutions focused.

The plan you develop with your coach will be much more effective than any plan you create on your own. This is because the plan will not be based on your old habits or thinking. You cannot continue to do the same things or maintain the same mindset and expect different results.

With the help of your coaches guided attention, and productive perspective, you can come up wit realistic and creative solutions to move forward in creating the life you want.
